Annual Meeting – NASA’s Annual Meeting provides members with an opportunity to network with servicers and industry suppliers, attend educational sessions, and meet with manufacturers to learn the latest in service techniques, service philosophy, and new product developments.

Bulk Buy
– Through NASA Bulk Buy, Inc., a subsidiary of the National Appliance Service Association, members have an opportunity to purchase parts, accessories, and finished and/or refurbished goods at prices well below those offered to independent service centers. BBI provides manufacturers with an avenue to move a variety of parts and product including vendor returns, overstocks, discontinued goods, and more.

Development of Service Networks
– With more than 70 service center members located across the U.S. and Canada, NASA has a service network in place to which manufacturers can turn for warranty service on their product lines. Companies looking to develop or expand their service network should make NASA Headquarters their first call.

Membership Directory
– NASA’s Annual Membership Directory provides complete information on the service capabilities of each member in addition to a contact name, address, phone, fax, email and web site for each location.

NASA News – NASA’s monthly newsletter offers the latest in industry trends and techniques, association news, member profiles, and articles of interest to the independent service dealer and appliance manufacturer or supplier.

NASANET – a broadcast e-mail system that enables NASA servicers to communicate with their fellow servicers anytime. With one e-mail, servicers may send a message to all NASA servicers subscribed to the NASANET system. Servicers across the world can now assist each other via NASANET with parts requests, solutions to repair issues, reviews on new products, information on companies looking for service, and more.

Networking Opportunities – Through participation in the Annual Meeting, work with the NASA Board and Committees, and listings in the Membership Directory, NASA’s servicer members have easy access to representatives of the industry’s leading manufacturers. The reverse is true as well.

Product Recall Assistance – Manufacturers who find themselves in the midst of a product recall need look no further than NASA for assistance. NASA Headquarters can assist with the organization of the recall while NASA servicers may be available to perform the actual recall service on a wide variety of products.

Total Service Package - A document which outlines the duties and responsibilities servicers and manufacturers have toward the other in a service agreement. Serves as a "blueprint" for companies looking to refine or create a contract for a service network.
